Harcourts Building: An Update On The Appeal

Historic  Places Wellington Purple LogoThe battle to save Harcourts (former T&G) building on Lambton Quay continues (See our Newsletter 3). As expected, the owner has appealed against the decision not to allow demolition. The owner has declined mediation, so the case will proceed to a hearing by the Environment Court.
