Caffe Roma building gets $900,000 council grant the Press

"New owners planning to restore a historic central Christchurch building will get a $869,500 city council grant.

The old Midland Club Building, more commonly known as the Caffe Roma building, occupies a prime spot on Oxford Tce, between Gloucester St and Worcester Blvd."
