Otago Daily Times [Tuesday, 10 July 2012] is reporting, that last week, Peter Dunne, Revenue Minister, that the Government may have to provide leadership for building owners financially stressed because of earthquake strengthening. Government actions could include financial assistance as well as other non defined measures.
