Theme - ‘Use it or Lose it'
Commencing at the former Napier Borough Council Building, Byron Street,
we will then walk to a series of successfully preserved heritage buildings
where adaptive re-use has been a pivotal strategy for building survival.

3.00 pm Launch Function
