"This will be the first meeting where we can welcome regional societies
representatives, network and collectively appoint the Executive for the
following year, set the subscription, make any changes to the constitution
and generally share our experience and knowledge with any forthcoming
issues.

It is the current Executive's view that AGM's should alternate between north
and south islands with Regional Societies in respective islands offering
hosting."
