10:00 to 10:30am Morning Tea 10:30 – 11:15

AGM 11:15- 12.00 Regional Delegates - Regional Roundup

12:00 - 12:45 Lunch

12:45 - 1:00 Hon Iain Lees-Galloway - Speaking on behalf of the Minister for Arts Culture and Heritage, Rt Hon Jacinda Ardern.

1:00 - 1:30 Andrew Coleman, CEO Heritage New Zealand Pouhere Taonga – Heritage NZ Update

1:30 - 2:30 Stefan Corbett, Manager Heritage Policy, Minstry of Culture and Heritage – Heritage Protection Update following feedback and submissions

2:30 - 3:00 Matthew MacKay - Policy Planner at Palmerston North City Council A local authority perspective; policy, projects and plans.

3:00 - 3:15 Afternoon Tea

3:15 - 3.30 Hon Nicky Wagner - National policy development - “listening and learning”

3:30 - 3:45 Wrap – Up

6:30 Dinner – Bethany’s Restaurant & Café - City Council Building, 32 A The Square The costs for dinner are not covered by the AGM fee and will be at each person’s own cost.

Sunday – 14th October

9:15 -12:00 Bus Tour starting from the Caccia Birch

Anyone is welcome to attend the weekend events.

Cost - $40 pp for the full day and bus trip or

Saturday Afternoon only - $10 pp. (not including lunch) or Bus Tour Only - $10
